I love Karen. She portrays Marilyn perfectly. Ivy tries to do much and makes everyone feel sorry for her, it's annoying.

"Karen's" acting in Hit List is awful. I think all the focus on karen and jimmy has lead to smash being cancelled.

i hate that ivy apologized for "getting in karen's way". more than that, i don't like that the smash writers think that the only way to make ivy a redeeming character is to put her on team karen. -dear-mr-gable

Since Smash showcases a number of male/male relationships (which I love!), I think it would be great if the show worked on a legitimate female/female romantic relationship. Like... oh, I dunno... KAREN/IVY PERHAPS???

Even if I'm starting to find her annoying, at least they finally gave Karen some kind of personality.

We had an entire season of Katharine McPhee singing and nothing she's done impressed me as much as Jeremy Jordan did in one episode. I wouldn't be surprised if he made
a better Marilyn than Karen.

FULL CONFESSION:I really wish the show had released an entire recording of Karen's version of Rumour Has It! I'm having to settle for listening to the last half that she did. -emmaskies

I loved Karen last season, she was the underdog, and nice. But now she's just irritating. -howswarklesgotengaged

FULL CONFESSION: I'm a Karen fan, but when you saw Ivy singing "They Just Keeping Moving The Line" you realize she was born to play Marilyn. You can't deny that, plus I wantIvy and Karen's relationship be good again.
